Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signify's website and product. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using Signify, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

"Signify," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the company that operates trysignify.co and the Signify application. "You" refers to the person or organization using the service. If you use Signify on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. The service

Signify provides intent-signal and account-scoring tools that help sales teams identify and prioritize accounts showing buying intent. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product. Signals and scores are informational aids — you are responsible for how your team acts on them.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract to use Signify.
• Notify us promptly at parker@trysignify.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free trials and billing

• We may offer a free trial that requires no credit card. Trial features and limits are described at sign-up.
• Paid plans are billed on a per-seat basis as shown on our Pricing page. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, effective at your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Signify for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable data, privacy, or anti-spam laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without our written consent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying data or models.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use signal data to harass individuals or in any way that violates the rights of others.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the information you submit, including your ICP configuration and account settings ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Signify, including the software, signal models, scoring logic, and all related content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

8. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party tools you connect, such as your CRM or email platform. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. SMS and text messaging

Signify offers an optional SMS program that sends account and service alerts — such as new intent signals on your tracked accounts, account activity, and important service notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

• Consent — you opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up or contact forms. The box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
• Message frequency — message frequency varies based on your account activity and the signal alerts you configure.
• Cost — message and data rates may apply. Signify does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.
• Opting out — reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. You can rejoin by opting in again.
• Help — reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 919-906-9457 or parker@trysignify.co.
• Carriers — mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions outside our control.
• Supported carriers — the program is available on major U.S. carriers. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types.

How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

10. Disclaimers

Signify is provided "as is" and "as available." Intent signals and scores are predictions, not guarantees of outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may stop using Signify and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Signify after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
